当院では、2026年5月1日より電子カルテシステムおよび予約システムを新しく変更いたしました。
予約システムにつきましては、現在は「特定健診」および「インフルエンザ予防接種」のご予約のみで運用しております。
通常の診療につきましては、これまで通り直接ご来院いただけますので、安心してご受診ください。
従来通り、特定健診は完全予約制とさせていただきます。
なお、特定健診は通常診療とは別日でのご予約をお願いしております。

◯令和８年６月１日～令和８年９月３０日まで
「予約方法」
◯来院、電話、ネット予約
尚、予約優先ですが急患対応等でお待ちいただくこともございますので、予めご了承ください。
「ネット予約」
◯24時間いつでも予約可能です。簡単なステップで予約完了なので、とても簡単！

Notice: 2026 Health Checkup in Taketoyo Town
Our clinic updated its electronic medical record system and appointment system on May 1, 2026.
At present, the appointment system is available only for “Specific Health Checkups” and “Influenza Vaccinations.”
For regular medical consultations, patients may continue to visit the clinic directly as before.
Please note that Specific Health Checkups remain by appointment only, as previously. In addition, we kindly ask that appointments for Specific Health Checkups be scheduled on a separate day from regular medical consultations.

You can book anytime, 24 hours a day.
Just easy steps to complete your reservation!
Health checkups are by appointment only.
Please book only for the health checkup, not on regular clinic days.
Note: Even with a reservation, there may be some waiting time if we need to see emergency patients. Thank you for your understanding.
